You are now making a referral to EAAS Adult Service. The person must reside in East Ayrshire.
This service is for adults with a learning disability, mental health problem or an acquired brain injury.
All information submitted is confidential. The person being referred and/or the person referring will be contacted by an advocate as soon as possible.
